In order to optimize its work tool, in 1991, Soldive Spain carried out its first trials of salad cultivation. At that time, the Spanish subsidiary was a pioneer in this off-season production.
The production period and the quality level of the products have made it so successful that many of the major brands in the fourth range have relied on Soldive Spain to support their growth.
In 2005, Soldive Spain cultivated more than 1000 hectares of salads.
